After the sencond day of your Spanish course, you can spend the afternoon like you wish. Visit the city center by your own and use the first words you learned in Spanish.

Your Spanish lesson today only lasts until noon. Afterwards you make an excursion to Playa del Este. After a walk you will have time to relax on the beach and cool off in the sea.

The 5th day of your trip starts with another Spanish lesson before you will leave for Western Cuba in the afternoon. Your accommodation is in Viñales, a small village surrounded by wide tobacco fields and the typical limestone rocks, the "Mogotes".

In the Viñales Valley, famous for its tobacco, you will go for a walk today and visit the "Casa del Veguero" (House of the Tobacco Grower). Afterwards the journey continues to the small village of Soroa. The afternoon is free for you to visit the famous orchid garden or take a bath under the waterfall (both optional).                                           

After breakfast we will go to the nearby village Las Terrazas. The municipality is located in the Sierra Rosario. The 25,000 hectare piece of land was declared a biosphere reserve by UNESCO. Meanwhile the inhabitants of the small municipality live from the timber industry and from ecotourism. Arrived in Las Terrazas you undertake a guided hike to the mountain ""El Taburete"". From here you can take a close look at the terrace slopes. Today lunch is included. In the afternoon we return to the capital.

Today starts with your next Spanish class. The afternoon is at your free disposal. For example, visit the Rum Museum or stroll along the famous lakeside promenade, the "Marlecón".

Today's Spanish course ends at lunchtime. Afterwards you will take a trip to the "Bosque de la Habana", the only inner-city forest in Havana. Enjoy the afternoon away from busy city.

Today the next Spanish lession is on the program. You can use the newly learned words and phrases directly on your free afternoon by playing for example the typical  "Domino" with a local on the streets.

After the Spanish course you will go to the "Parque Lenin" south of the center. The 670 hectare green park landscape surrounds an artificial lake, the Embalse Paso Sequito.

Your Spanish course ends as usual in the afternoon. Afterwards you will go to Trinidad, a colonial city founded in 1514 and declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. There is much to discover in the old town, such as the Palacio Brunet, one of the city's most beautiful palaces, which is now the Museo Romántico.

Today you visit one of the most beautiful national parks of Cuba. The National Park "Topes de Collantes", which is located in the middle of the Sierra de Escambray. A hike brings you to the second highest waterfall of the island, the "Salto del Caburni". The vegetation along the way is lush. In this part of the park you often meet the Tocororo, the national bird of Cuba.

Before we return to Havana, we will hike along the Guanayara Trail to explore the National Park Topes de Collantes and enjoy the beautiful landscape. There is the possibility to take a bath, take your swimsuits with you in your backpack. Lunch included.

Your journey ends today. If you don't want to say goodbye to Cuba, you can book an extension stay at one of the numerous dream beaches. Otherwise we will take you to the airport (transfer optional) and you will start your journey home.
