Itinerary
Welcome to Mexico! After your arrival to Cancun, we can arrange you a transfer to your hotel (optional). Afterwards you can take a walk and get to know your surroundings.

You meet your tour guide at 8:30 and start your tour. Your first stop is the enchanting Valladolid, where you go on a guided walking tour. The town is full of beautiful colonial buildings. The next stop is at the famous Mayan site Chichén Itzá. Due to the impressive buildings, especially the pyramid, the site was declared as UNESCO world heritage. In the late afternoon you arrive to Mérida, the biggest city of Yucatán, which is also called the "white city".

Today you have time to explore the beautiful city of Mérida by yourself. If you want to leave Mérida, you can for example go on dive in the Cenote Czuama or make an excursion to the Celestún Nationalpark, home to many tropical birds. However you will decide, there's so much to discover.

Your journey takes you to the colonial city of Campenche. While walkin through the streets of the city, you can find out about a lot about the history. The huge bastions and ramparts were the major defense from pirate attacks. There also many stories about conquistadors and the indigenous Mayas.

Today we take you to the jungle of Chiapas and the Mayan site, that lies deep in this jungle. On a guided visit of these ruins, you can learn more about their culture and traditions. Have a look around and discover all the magnificent buildings, that people built long before our time.

The next destination of your tour is the city San Cristóbal de las Casas. On your way you have a true highlight to discover: the two waterfalls Agua Azul and Misol Ha, which are known to be two of themost beautiful waterfalls of Mexico. You can even go for a swim there. After this refereshment you continue to San Cristóbal.

Today is dedicated to the Mayan culture. Close to San Cristóbal lies a true gem: the village of San Juan Chamula. It's one of the Tzotzil communities in the region. If you are lucky you can even oberseve some cultural rituals.

Today it's time for new adventures and continue your journey to Guatemala, the country of the enternal spring. At the northern shore of the magnificent Atitlán lake lies the town Panajachel, which is your destination for today.

Today you go on an excursion to the town San Juan La Laguan, which lies across the lake. You'll reach it by boat. Around here it's much quiter than in most of the other cities around the lake. While you are walking through the street you'll probably find many painters, that are combining the 'Naive Painting Style' with the 'Eagly Eye Style'. Coffee production and other agriculture are the most important parts of economy.

Today you will travel to Antigua, the former capital of the country. They might have moved the capital, Antigua is still worth a visit and has a lot of culture, economy, religion to offer. On a guided city tour you'll get to know Antigua.
